Inteco guarantees failure free operation by increasing wage rates

Inteco BUR implements a new program of bonuses for drilling crews’ workers and recalculates rates for their work.

Additional motivation measures are used to guarantee failure free operation and labor discipline observation.

“The work of each drilling crew during working periods is being analyzed by Production service. If during three months there were no rebukes concerning the work of the crew, it is included into the list of applicants for additional bonus” – explained the Head of Motivation, compensations and privileges department of Inteco BUR.

Besides, wage indexation for all employees has been carried out in Inteco`s subsidiaries. Inteco BUR test crews’ workers in turn asked management to reconsider their work rates as well. After preliminary estimation, data will be sent for approval to the management company. The other step for labor quality improvement and motivation growth is wage increasing for main production workers, this is all drilling crews. From January 1, 2021 wage rates and current bonus rate have been increased.

The Company is planning to reconsider wage rate for auxiliary production workers.
