Best professional

INTECO holds “Best Professional of the Year” corporate contest every autumn.

It is arranged to coincide with the Day of the Oil Worker.

The contest intends to indentify the best professionals.

It consists of two parts: theory and practice. Theoretical part includes a proficiency test based on the professional field: from occupational safety to technologies and the most advanced developments in oilfield services and oil production.

The practical part of the contest is always a demonstration of professional skills.

As a rule, the contest jury includes: INTECO top management, heads of the Group enterprises, representatives of partner companies and city administrations where the enterprise operates.

The “Best Professional of the Year” is a three-day contest. The first day is theory. The second day is practice and the third day is results announcement, rewarding of winners and a corporate celebration of the Day of the Oil Worker.
