A year ago, INTECO launched a digitalization program, the goal of which was to strive to be adaptive and create a transparent, informative management system. As a result, the Group’s enterprises received complex information systems with effective and high-quality characteristics. All this allowed the company to quickly take anti-crisis measures and work without losses. According to the press service of INTECO, digital transformation has made it possible to reduce the decision-making cycle several times, significantly speed up the formation of the forecast budget of income and expenses and increase the speed and accuracy of forecasting and adjustments to the production program. Previously, it took a week to fully recalculate the annual movement plan for drilling crews, but now it takes a couple of days. During this period, the system not only builds logistics for the movement of drilling teams, calculates their working hours, but also builds resource plans. And there are plenty of such examples.
INTECO is not going to abandon digital projects, as it allows to work even better and faster.
