The company management encourages its employees to play sports. Swimming is one of the priority sports in the company; it helps to relax at the end of the working day and tank energy for a new day.
Some Inteco employees are professional swimmers.
HR Department organizes special competitions for them.
INTECO has recently held another tournament among swimmers-employees for short and long distances. The athletes were judged by real professionals – famous swimmers. Following the results, all participants received corporate prizes, and the winners received cash bonuses from the company management. At the close of the tournament, swimming competitions were held among the children of the company employees.
