The Inteko TC Cementing Materials Lab is getting familiarized with the new equipment

Inteko TC purchased a range of new laboratory equipment.

Most of the equipment is manufactured by a well-known brand being famous within the laboratory equipment market for its reliability and stability.

The list of purchased lab instruments is rather extensive. The instruments include two pressure and temperature consistency meters and one atmospheric pressure consistency meter; a new blender for mixing of plug-back mixtures in compliance with API requirements; ultrasonic analyzer used to non-destructive assessment of compressive strength; new viscosity meter; Italian MATEST compressions device for measuring of flexing and compressive strength of set cement as per API and ISO standards; air/wet storage cabinet by Memmert.

The laboratory will also receive new water baths to be used for treatment of cement samples under various temperatures. The water baths will replace outdated instruments – thermostats.
